More about me

I was born at an early age to my mom and dad in a hospital in Seattle, Washington. A stretch in Tennessee gave me a lasting taste for sweet tea and Chick-fil-A. When I was 10, my family became missionaries and moved to Ecuador, and I spent the next 10 years growing up there as a third culture kid.

At 20, I went to Lee University and graduated with honors with a degree in Spanish. A number of jobs followed. I moved back to Seattle, went to culinary school (until the costs caught up with me), worked, and eventually, a little begrudgingly, went back to being a missionary.

The begrudging is over. I’m thrilled to be a missionary, serving in Spain with International Media Ministries, and I love what I get to do.
